Customer Service

For all customer service inquiries, including bulk orders of over 50 Lbs. of seeds, email allison@cloudnine.farm.  Our goal is to provide great customer service in a timely manner.  We request information from you on our order form, such as your contact information and financial information.  We may use this information to contact you about the products we sell in response to your inquiries. If we have trouble filling your order we will use the information you’ve provided to us to contact you, and to fulfill or refund transactions.

Privacy and Security

Your personal information is used by Cloud Nine Farm solely for the purposes of secure purchasing transactions with our web store. We don’t collect information about you for any purposes other than your transactions with our store. You may choose to set up a secure account with our company, or make secure purchases without an account.  At this time, we do not intend to add you to a mailing list, or send you any promotional or other materials via the account you set up with us. If this policy changes, we will update these terms and you will be given the option to opt out of our mailing list. Your personal information is never shared or rented to outside websites or companies.  Security services for online transactions with our store are provided by third party services which have been certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, or have SSL certificates.  We do not use cookies at this time.


Fulfillment and Shipping

We are not able to ship our products internationally at this time.

Due to our remote location, orders are shipped out on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Expect up to 4 days between placing your order and shipment.  Orders are shipped in the order they are received.


We will accept pre-authorized returns within 30 days of the original purchase, provided the items are unopened and in original packaging.  We will refund your purchase price less the cost of shipping.  Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  Email us if you need to arrange a product return.

Liability and Your Purchase of Seeds

Planting and growing our seed blends is an endeavor that is subject to many complex factors that are beyond the scope of our control.  Therefore, we can’t guarantee or be held liable for results in any specific situation.  Determining with due diligence your own best practices for storing, planting, establishing the stand, grazing, haying, maintaining and/or harvesting from a planting of our seed blends is your responsibility as the buyer, planter and land manager.  We provide only fresh seeds that have undergone industry standard germination testing prior to sale.  Any liability that can be shown to be on the part of Cloud Nine Farm for any losses or damages resulting from purchasing or planting these seeds shall be limited to the original purchase price of the seeds in all instances, as is the standard of practice in the seed industry.  We never knowingly sell GMO seeds, and work to ensure our seed blends are free from GMO seeds. For best results, always store your seed in a cool, dark, dry place.
